NEURAL.EXE is the control plane for my Hermes installations and Localhost Intelligence fleet.
It gives me one place to monitor nodes, services and AI agents, follow what they are doing, inspect activity and logs, manage deployments, and safely operate the infrastructure behind them.
It runs privately alongside Hermes over Tailscale and is being designed to grow from a single server into a distributed fleet of AI systems and specialist intelligences.
It is still very much a work in progress — and deliberately private for now.
